Routine procedures and test results are often available within 48 hours. You should be advised at the time of your test approximately how long it should take to get your results.
Should your results be abnormal, you will be contacted by your doctor, or the nurse after the results have been reviewed by the doctor. Please make sure your contact details are up to date.
If you are enrolled on our patient portal, ManageMyHealth, you will be able to access your results online, after the doctor has reviewed them.
Please note that it is not our policy to routinely contact patients to advise results that are normal. If you are registered for the patient portal you can check online.
If you have specific concerns you can speak to a nurse over the phone, the easiest way to do this is to call 3516 198, press option 3 and leave a message for the nurse to call you back.
