Our team at Ilam Medical is committed to ensuring you can see your doctor or nurse for the care and support you need. In most cases it is best to see your doctor in person to ensure we can assess your health most accurately, however there are times where a phone appointment, or virtual consultation can be appropriate. In some follow up situations, or for minor procedures, you will need an appointment with a nurse.
Most initial appointments you have will be best managed by seeing your doctor in person. This will ensure that we can provide the best diagnosis and create the most appropriate care plan for you. Appointments are generally 15 minutes, and this can be extended when you book if it is appropriate for your situation. Please phone reception for if you are unsure of what time you may require.
We launched our new patient portal, myindici™ on Tuesday 1st February 2022.
