Pipelle Biopsy

Your doctor may advise you to have a Pipelle biopsy.  They will explain the procedure prior to your appointment for the biopsy and carry out a sexual health check. The procedure can be done by Dr MacKay or Dr Dearlove at the Ilam Medical Centre.

This procedure requires a 20-30minute appointment. These appointments cannot be booked online, you will need to call reception for an appointment. There is a charge for these appointments however this may vary depending on the funding available.

Your doctor will be able to advise if you are eligible for funding.
